You will work closely with bid, project development, pre-construction, design, procurement, and commercial teams.

You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working within a children’s/young adult setting. Knowledge in one of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND. A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable.

You will receive excellent support and supervision, with regular opportunities to discuss and reflect on your practice, both with your line manager and peers. We offer 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, rising incrementally to 31 days after 5 years’ service.
