PA Support Worker jobs in Uxbridge

You will deliver a time-limited support to our service users in their own homes for up to six weeks. In addition to meeting the clients needs, to try to, as far as practicable, prevent unnecessary admission to hospital or residential care. You are required to provide personal care and light domestic duties to vulnerable adults/elderly.

You will be an advocate for the residents, promoting independence and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
