You will be a key enabler of Farrans business strategy and instrumental to our continued growth and success.

You will work with the SoC teams, architects and platform leads to help define, influence, align and agree technical requirements and features for implementation. Assess design trade-offs to develop the most optimal solution for our customers and development partners.

You will support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), complete site inspections, undertake design reviews, and advise on compliance with JSP 453, JSP 440, AP 600 and key British Standards. Working closely with RAF site teams, Air SCIDA Engineers and your Telent Area Manager, you will help maintain continuity of operational services while ensuring safe, compliant and secure ICT installations.

You will also mentor colleagues, manage projects, and contribute to work winning and client engagement.

You will manage the end-to-end bid process, employing best practice techniques to ensure proposals are compliant and compelling, maximising our chances of success.

You should maintain high-quality standards and clearly articulate our value proposition. This role is part of our dedicated Civil Engineering Pre-Contract team, which includes professional bid managers, estimators, and writers.

You will oversee all HR functions.

You will lead employee engagement, drive internal development, and initiate succession planning for all roles.

You will be responsible for driving recruitment, implementing HR strategies, and supporting various HR processes to align with business objectives.

You will be required to make travel bookings and have a good understanding of the Indian Subcontinent Product, including India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan

You will be required to present high quality travel itineraries that are specifically customised to the client's unique requirements
