You will oversee the full running of the contracts including: program planning/scheduling works; KPI monitoring/performance improvement; management of health and safety; and managing a direct workforce of Contract Managers, Supervisors, Multi Trade Operatives and Admin/Planning Team.

You will possess excellent leadership and team management skills to ensure you and your team work collaboratively and effectively.

You will have excellent communication and people management skills and have knowledge and an excellent understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework with a proven track record of quality assurance and service improvement.

You will work closely with bid writers, operational leaders and commercial teams to ensure our bids are data-driven, credible and differentiated. This is a collaborative role sitting at the intersection of data, performance and commercial decision-making, with real influence over bid strategy and continuous improvement.

You will lead by example and be confident in your ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works using the NHF schedule of rates.

You will play a key role in shaping how bids are managed, improving efficiency, and supporting stronger win rates across the business. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with bid writers, operations, finance and senior stakeholders to ensure bid activity is well-governed, well-coordinated and delivered to a high standard.

You will also be responsible for managing Supply Chain delivered works.
