You will take ownership of sales growth, marketing strategy, promotional planning, UX optimisation, and operational improvements, while developing and executing both B2B (small business-focused) and B2C (consumer-focused) sales and promotional strategies.

You will also support hands-on operational tasks when required.

You will be responsible for leading the team during your shift:: - Leading: showing the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example and being responsible for the management of Staff on shift. Training new team members and being confident on process and product - Picking and packing: accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
