You will work as an enthusiastic, effective member of an early years team supporting, nurturing children and creating stimulating learning opportunities that deliver a high quality child centred early years provision which meets the needs of our youngest children and their families.

You will drive educational innovation, maintain our high standards of teaching and learning, and ensure the continued wellbeing and progress of our students. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our outgoing Head of Education during a dedicated handover period, gaining invaluable insight into our practices and culture.

You will ensure that the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements. Diagnose areas of opportunity to grow the centre membership and increase profitability.

You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in Murrayfield, Edinburgh full-time.

You will work as a member of a team, supporting the delivery of a broad and balanced early year’s curriculum within a caring, safe, and welcoming environment, to enable each child to achieve their potential.

You will contribute to the creation of a positive ethos to support the development of children’s self-esteem and personal identity in a climate of trust and praise.

You will contribute to the development of the clinical skills programme The aim is to prioritise programme needs, prepare and set-up the daily technical elements of all courses using a range of equipment and supplies including, part task trainers, computer based simulators, audiovisual equipment and appropriate medical and surgical equipment making effective utilisation of resources.

You will support product launches, test new products and work closely with sales, marketing and local experts to strengthen brand presence. This role requires strong hairdressing skills, excellent presentation ability and a positive, high-energy approach. You'll need to be highly organised, confident using technology, and comfortable building strong relationships with customers.

You will have the opportunity to influence the future of the sport locally, leaving a legacy for generations of swimmers.

You will be the lead in bringing the area together as one voice, including all clubs, to ensure engagement across the whole area is active, giving a better platform for our swimmers to thrive.
