You will be the bridge between parents/ guardians and the school, maintaining regular communication, putting interventions in place, and ensuring that the families are consistently engaged in student’s development and progress. Main Responsibilities Working closely with students, families and staff to provide early interventions, support, advice and guidance.

You will lead SEND across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive timely, personalised, and effective support.

You will work closely with teaching staff, parents and carers, external professionals, and multi-agency teams to develop meaningful strategies that support pupils with complex communication needs, autism, and associated learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.

You will bring the following experience to the team:- - Experience across a range of residential conveyancing client work. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail. - Calm and professional under pressure, with good judgement and a practical approach.

You will have a flexible, creative and practical approach to learning and be responsible for developing individualised / small group programs. Class sizes are small, with dedicated TA support and you will be working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
