You will be required to stand for long periods of time, bend to lift and move heavy objects (including security trays, cabin and hand luggage) regularly throughout your shift.

You will be required to work a range of shifts. Early shifts can start as early as 3am and late shifts finishing as late as 8pm. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week.

Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure. Be safety‑minded and attentive to your surroundings. Please note: A strict zero‑alcohol policy applies when working on the railway.

You will be required to work on a rotational shift pattern, which includes weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts. The shift schedule operates on a three-week rotation, with working hours ranging from 04:30 AM to 01:30 AM.
