You will produce standard company information, prepare PQQ submissions and draft tender responses, conveying complex construction proposals with clarity.

You will be involved in every stage from initial appointment through design development, prefabrication, and on-site installation of modular plantrooms and skids. This end-to-end involvement offers a unique opportunity to see your designs come to life | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Review and analyse employers requirements and tender documentation.

You will take full ownership of all night shift operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while maintaining rigorous food safety and hygiene standards. The manager is the key decision-maker on site during the night, leading the team to meet operational KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

You will have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.

You will be familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour; stock; food safety requirements, customer sentiment plus others in line with brand standards and a budget.

You will lead the team in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand Sales and Operations
