You will be joining a close-knit team of four dedicated specialists within a wider office environment of approximately nine people. Your Key Responsibilities

You must be comfortable using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas for data analysis. - Industry Knowledge: At least one year of experience in transportation accounting, including a solid understanding of INCO terms and freight terms.

You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in administration and warehouse management systems SAP, Service Now, ITSM, WMCS, Excel, Word and Outlook, experience with customer web portal would be highly desirable although full training and mentorship will be provided.

You will ideally have: - Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - The ability to work with data, invoices and rate structures - A logical, analytical approach to problem solving - Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

You will also provide efficient day-to-day administration of company cars and benefits, ensuring compliance with company and HMRC policies and maintaining data confidentiality.

You will as part of your role assist the central payroll team, processing 2 monthly payrolls.

You will have knowledge of working with Payroll systems HR Databases and be competent in Excel.
