You will own your own portfolio of clients and be their main day-to-day contact within the practice. You'll build strong relationships, keep their records in good shape, and take responsibility for preparing high-quality accounts and tax work. You'll also support Client Managers on larger or more complex clients, providing the underlying technical work they need to give advice and insight.

You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process.

You will work closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial processes are in place. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Operations & Reporting• Support the delivery of actual expense reporting, including accounts payable and employee expenses.

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You should have an awareness and understanding of current developments in the subject area, the ability to manage student progress and achievement, and have a high level of organisational and administrative skills.

You should have the ability to set and achieve high standards for yourself, colleagues, and students.

You will act as their main point of contact, ensuring they receive a personalized, engaging, and high-quality customer experience. The role requires a mix of relationship management, sales, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to maximize client's retention and satisfaction.
