You will design, build, and deploy production‑grade models using energy‑market data, asset telemetry, weather data, settlement data, and commercial datasets. This role is central to the evolution of our pricing, risk, trading, and optimisation engines.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams and work with a high degree of autonomy.

You will be a trained and registered mental health worker (nurse, OT, therapist) who is currently trained in, or participating in open dialogue training.

You will ideally have experience of prioritising casework and allocation /delegation of tasks to others.

You will be willing to co facilitate training of POD

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing.

You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living.

You will have gained experience in a similar setting, supervising and leading others.

You will help participants overcome barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones, develop skills, and find sustainable employment.

You will undergo enhanced vetting checks. In this role you will work across different locations in custody and within community hubs.
