You will be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operations of the Pensioner Payroll ensuring that all operational and statutory deadlines are met.

You will lead in the implementation of test plans for legislative and system changes, the production and reconciliation of RTI submissions, and coordinating the end of year reconciliation with the Financial Ledger.

You will provide specialist technical advice, manage statutory reporting, resolve complex pensionable service issues, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and scheme regulations. Working closely with HR, payroll, schools and scheme members, you will deliver an accurate, customer-focused service and act as a key point of contact for pension-related queries.
