You will be a hands-on individual who is happy to get involved with the detail and you must be willing to take on the challenges faced within an SME. Due to the nature of the role you will ideally match the following: - Previously worked within an SME - Able to produce a full set of management accounts

You will work closely with senior management and project teams on both construction and small works projects, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice across all sites.

You will also support accident investigations, report on performance metrics, and use safety management software to monitor progress and compliance.

You will also contribute to strategic decision-making and the ongoing development of systems and processes.

You should be great at coaching, able to give feedback to ensure common ways of working. - A passion for spotting and driving talent and creating a successful team culture. - The ability to resolve challenges and build trust between the store team.

You will be responsible for working as a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.

You will coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified and agreed by Operational Management.

You will be the one to take full accountability in drivingconsistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas ofmeasured success.

You will recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of thestore, whilst maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout thestore and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
