You will actively champion the adoption of new technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and helping departments embrace digital transformation through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging tools. You will be at the heart of the Group and its Distribution.

You will need to determine and put into place the corporate structures and technology stacks to support the Group's growth.

You will need to ensure that all companies within the Group adhere to the same methods and the same standards are met throughout the Group.

You will look after children and young people with disabilities aged 0 to 18

You will need to have knowledge of, and a working understanding, of the Children Act 1989, the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Care Act 2014

You will work with young people to prepare them for the transition to adulthood and support them through the process

You will ensure high standards are met across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites such as offices, schools, medical facilities etc, managing everything from general commercial cleaning to specialist services like window cleaning, hard floor treatments, and deep cleans. What You’ll Be Doing * Service Excellence: Ensuring the highest standards across all client sites.

You will need to have a full drivers licence and access to a car.

You will also be required to work in collaboration with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Networks, GP’s, and Acute sector providers to facilitate care pathways that support early discharge and prevent hospital admission.
