You must have real HR experience in industry and be confident translating “what good HR looks like” into training, coaching and documentation for learners and employers.

You will also work to funding/compliance standards, Ofsted expectations and Zenith’s internal quality framework.

You will deliver a range of mandatory and specialist training, including Moving & Handling, Fire Safety and Fire Warden training, and in-house bespoke induction and training programmes.

You will also play an important role in monitoring training compliance, supporting services during audits and inspections, and identifying learning needs to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

You will lead group fitness classes, provide personalized assessments, and ensure a safe and engaging environment. Ideal candidates should have a Reps L2 qualification, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for health and wellness.
