You will be the first point of contact for the consumers of the entire range of client products, and will handle queries and consumer complaints about these products and their consumption. You must have strong experience in writing good – high levels of mortgage and protection advice and strong conversion rate

You must have CAS for mortgages and insurance advice

You must have CeMAP or equivalent

You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential. The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border.
