You will support clients through renewals, mid-term changes, and claims, while also helping to grow the business through excellent service and identifying opportunities for expansion. Main Responsibilities - Handle renewals and mid-term adjustments with accuracy and efficiency

You will be responsible for building rapport with an existing book of clients and working closely with wider team to achieve objectives.

You will have experience developing and building long lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.

You must have a passion for excellent customer services as this role will be working with existing clients and will be supporting their needs.

You will also speak to policyholders and insurers on the phone regarding the cover in place and answer and deal with any queries on the policy. Clients vary from charity to motor trade to property owners to retail and everything in between. Your exposure will be full cross class.

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will also work closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and maintain strong working relationships to support ongoing client retention.

You will be responsible for managing day to day client servicing, providing clear and confident communication to both clients and internal teams.

You will be prospecting, generating leads, developing business and winning clients. The New Business Account Handler will also show the ability to build long-lasting relationships and the ability to utilise new business opportunities.

You will be based in our Maidstone office and ideally be onsite for 3 days per week on average.

You will enjoy building on existing relationships with a broad spectrum of clients to ensure renewal rates are high.
