You will be responsible for managing a very portfolio of clients, from limited companies, so traders, partnerships and personal tax, taking responsibility for accounting, tax and business planning. Managing and training and mentoring teams to help deliver the required services to clients.

You will have previous experience of supervising junior members of staff.

You will work from home and either the London or Horsham office. Currently we meet in person roughly once per quarter but this may increase to meet the needs of the team.

You will have achieved Dysphagia Competencies and have specialist knowledge of Speech and Language Therapy models and interventions in acquired brain injury, such as social communication and cognitive communication.

You should be adept at managing complex dysphagia cases within an adult neurology caseload and bring a minimum of 4 years of qualified experience in complex case management.
