You will characterise, optimise, scale, and validate the R&D team’s unique ophthalmic production processes, ensuring they are robust, repeatable, and scalable. As this is a completely new optical system, the role requires a high degree of creativity, along with a proactive, hands-on engineering approach to developing novel and often complex production processes.

You will take ownership of global brokerage oversight, support strategic trade decisions, and guide the deployment of digital solutions like SAP GTS.

You will be a core driver in deploying automation tools and digital compliance systems like SAP GTS to build scalable, efficient customs workflows globally.

You will be part of a new frontline operations team that covers the sewage treatment sites. This role is an essential front-line role, which the business simply cannot operate without you.
