You will be expected to develop towards a full Technical Superintendent position (after completing training/familiarisation period). Due to the requirements of the job, the successful candidate will be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of Glasgow. You must be able to lead and motivate a team effectively and have strong IT skills.

You will also be responsible for the following: - Pre-operative testing; conducting tests prior to examination and treatment and assisting during the consent appointment process, including providing information to patients prior to their IOL or LVC procedure.

You will work closely with the Estimating department through the bid to; Review tender bills, prelims, projects brief etc. to identify both risk and opportunity. Review of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Engagement with key trades - develop relationships with supply chain.
