You will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a registered nurse (Adult/ Registered General Nurse).

You will be expected to deliver innovative, high-quality teaching across a range of modules and provide support to students within clinical placement areas.

You will be based within the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing on our Walsall Campus, although you may be expected to work from other sites depending on the needs of the business.

You will be required to be flexible in their working hours to meet the demands of the business.

You will need to be fluent in a sign language and possess sufficient breadth or depth of knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to provide research assistance to the project. You will lead and coach a team of Senior Admissions Officers and Specialists, ensuring that home applications are processed in line with regulatory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining a strong focus on applicant experience and data integrity.

You will need to establish positive working relationships with faculty staff, ensuring visibility and presence within the faculty, as well as developing an excellent knowledge of faculty expertise and assets.

You will work closely with the Associate Dean Research and Knowledge Exchange to plan, deliver and evaluate R&E activities.

You will teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, bringing expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and related subject areas.

You must hold a good first degree and a Master’s in a relevant subject and have experience of teaching in higher education (or equivalent).

You will support the mission and goals of the University’s Strategy 2035; Develop and implement an integrated and forward-thinking digital content and communications strategy. Oversee the planning, production, and optimisation of content across all digital platforms, including the University website, intranet, social media channels, and email marketing.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with practical and technical knowledge of physiology, together with previous practical experience in a busy scientific laboratory, an understanding of safe working practices and IT literacy.

You will need to be helpful, competent and flexible, and be willing to work in any laboratory or classroom relative to their experience.
