You will have built an optimization model using MILPs, heuristics, decomposition, or other methods (big focus on linear optimization, not so much on non-linear). In terms of skills you should have strong working experience with optimization solvers (e.g. Gurobi, Cplex, FICO Xpress optimization or other).

You will work on university-level and research-level benchmarks in topics like quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, and thermodynamics. Your goal is to document failure modes in AI reasoning so we can ensure models respect the fundamental laws of the universe, such as conservation of energy and momentum.
