Physics Teaching Assistant jobs in Kent

You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities and communication difficulties.

You will help identify triggers and barriers to learning, as well as implementing your knowledge of psychological theory and apply it in the classroom.

You will work primarily in the primary phase, supporting class teachers and the wider team to deliver tailored learning experiences across the Engage, Discover and Independent pathways. Key duties include: * Assisting with planning and delivering differentiated activities that meet the cognitive, sensory, communication and physical needs of pupils.

You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years, and complete our online application followed by a video or face to face interview. You will provide individualised needs for a student for which full training will be provided.
