You will be leading and coordinating stakeholders confidently with a focus on delivering successful change. - Embed change and provide a smooth handover to BAU. This role is based at our operational site in Green Park, Reading, but you will have a flexible hybrid working pattern that allows you to go where the project needs you and work from home.

You will assess up to a maximum of four to six customers per day.

You will pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) who will make a decision on support for the customer,

You will assess a benefit called Employment and Support Allowance managed by DWP.

You will be allocated a clinical supervisor and can study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the FOM
