You will build effective working relationships with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated services. Undertaking mental capacity assessments and ensuring adherence to the principles of the Mental Capacity Act will be essential.

You will safeguard vulnerable adults by identifying risks and taking appropriate action, following statutory guidelines.

You will be required to support children with PMLD on a 1-1 basis and administer personal care.

You will also be working alongside medical staff in certain classrooms, who are there to provide care for students with complex medical needs.

You must be comfortable with personal care, and have a knowledge and understanding around autism and complex needs.

You will work closely with senior leadership,HR and the operations team to embed a strong learning culture and positiveemployee experience, supporting our continued success and growth . A company car will be provided, and you shouldbe based within the Northwest, with flexibility to travel nationally whenrequired .
