You will work alongside colleagues within the LD social care service to facilitate timely assessments for individuals.

You will be a level 2 social worker that has experience and understanding of the needs of people with a learning disability.

You will have a level of autonomy and good communication skills.

Support Worker needed to provide care, promote independence, and ensure a safe environment for residents.
