You will play a key role in the design, planning, and delivery of complex subsea and landside cable installation projects, supporting the full project lifecycle from concept to completion. This position will involve occasional travel across Europe to oversee project delivery and client engagement.

You will help to develop monitoring and alerting for AWS deployed platforms and software to support sustained and reliable availability of internal and production systems.

You will work across all stages of product development-from concept and detailed design to verification, testing, and launch-while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory standards (CE, EU MDR, UKCA, FDA).

You will lead and inspire a talented sales team of six, creating a high-performance, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.

You will use HubSpot as a growth engine, turning data into actionable insights, optimising the sales pipeline, improving conversion rates, and embedding best-in-class sales practices.

You should have hands-on experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and possess a flexible mindset to adapt to evolving project requirements.
