You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs - Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning

You will be responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of civil engineering and drainage solutions, including the detailed design of surface water and foul drainage systems, sustainable drainage strategies and external works.
