You will oversee the Heritage & Conservation team and contribute to the strategic direction of the Division, supporting the Corporate Director of Place as required. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Managing and leading the preparation of the Local Development Framework, including development plan documents and supplementary planning documents.

You will be there to help inspire your colleagues to deliver the best customer experience in the business and help overcome any issues you come across.

You will have experience in running the show in a fast-paced customer facing environment and be someone who can handle the variety that each day at Wickes brings.

You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management systems.

You will hold a NVQ level 4 / HND or above in a construction or engineering-related field as well as a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.
