You will be responsible for managing the Repairs Team back-office functions, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, monitored effectively, and delivered within required timescales and KPIs. The role will oversee work in progress, invoicing, contractor performance, damp & mould cases (including Awaab’s Law compliance), disrepair case preparation, and digital system improvements.

You will be responsible for managing the Repairs Team back-office functions, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, monitored effectively, and delivered within required timescales and KPIs. The role will oversee work in progress, invoicing, contractor performance, damp & mould cases (including Awaab's Law compliance), disrepair case preparation, and digital system improvements.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of planned work projects within the programme, including procurement, the effective planning, design, mobilisation and delivery of works / targets. Work closely with colleagues in housing and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to the delivery of corporate and housing priorities, objectives and projects.

You will also work alongside the management team to coordinate with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies, handle enquiries, schedule appointments and meetings and handle all information with confidentiality.
