You will be the technical authority and delivery lead for the Community Platform, driving the build of a modern platform core while keeping the legacy system stable (critical fixes only, no expansion, no distractions). If you’re a hands-on engineering leader who can move fast without cutting corners, protect scope, and hold partners to account, this is a standout opportunity.

You will work with the SoC teams, architects and platform leads to help define, influence, align and agree technical requirements and features for implementation. Assess design trade-offs to develop the most optimal solution for our customers and development partners.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
