You will work on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation, including both day and night shifts, with a generous holiday allowance and additional rota days. You will play a pivotal role in translating high-level technical concepts into structured, actionable development plans and ensuring delivery against agreed standards for quality, performance, and timelines.

You will be responsible for a team of 3 and therefore, this role requires a hands-on technical leader.

You will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement activities across a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems. This role is well suited to an engineer who is adaptable, analytical, and able to work effectively within a rotating shift pattern.

You will be responsible for minimising equipment downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, building infrastructure, and utilities.

You will be required to work within one of our manufacturing sites, carrying out all aspects of maintenance and preventive tasks.
