You will deliver practical and theory-based training, support learners with their portfolio work, and ensure they meet industry standards throughout their apprenticeship.

You will also liaise with employers to maintain strong industry links and ensure high-quality training delivery.

You will carry out workplace visits, guide learners through both their practical development and portfolio work, and ensure they meet the required standards to successfully complete their Level 3.

You will work closely with employers and apprentices to track progress and help learners build confidence and competence throughout their programme.
