You will be responsible for meeting with clients and providing sales presentations and product demonstrations, working alongside the sales team to book appointments and manage your pipeline. You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders.

You will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for contract roles within this busy sector.

You will have experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above as well as a proven track record in business development and recruitment.

You will hold a minimum of a degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or an equivalent qualification), with alternatives such as HND/HNC supported by relevant experience. You'll bring demonstrable knowledge of military systems and operations, along with a strong understanding of security requirements.

You will be part of an established but growing UK team.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of existing client relationships , market sectors and services, and develop new ones.

You will work across a broad Flood and Coastal Management (FCM) scope, including policy and strategy development, engineering, funding, stakeholder engagement and R&D.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical specialists and design professionals to lead environmental contributions across project designs and assessments, improving environmental performance for a range of projects.
