You will DoTo arrange and coordinate all aspects relative to sea staff being employed, paid, appointed, joining and leaving Company vessels, all in accordance with the company Quality Management System and associated work processes and client specific requirements.

You will coordinate the deployment of both employed and self-contracted clinicians, including Doctors, Optometrists and Healthcare Support Staff, and liaise with approved staffing agencies when required. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth delivery of patient care and the optimisation of clinical resources.

You will ideally have experience working in operational control room facilities.

You will have experience in following health and safety policies and procedures.

You must have experience of operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment as well as experience in information management and document control

You will also contribute to recruitment processes, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and activities focused on wellbeing, engagement and internal events.

You will ideally be educated to graduate level, and be able to work independently on projects to improve the HR provision at Mentholatum
