You will support autistic adults in the attainment of knowledge and skills that will enhance their well-being, independence and social inclusion.

You will support our learners 1:1 or in small groups on site at our adult centre and out in the local community, working through individualised curriculums to support holistic development and lifelong learning.

You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

You will need to be flexible with your working hours and be able to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

You must be able to challenge unacceptable behaviour, provide firm boundaries and provide care which meets the needs of the individual

You will take full ownership of stock flow, vehicle preparation, problem cars, and escalated customer issues.

You will manage the full vehicle lifecycle from purchase to sale, ensuring stock moves efficiently and accurately.

You will identify repeat faults, rework issues, and underperforming suppliers, sourcing alternatives where needed.
