You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical CAD drawings in SolidWorks, supporting project delivery against deadlines and budgets, managing client expectations, and ensuring build quality through supplier coordination and site involvement.

You will be given exposure to a wide variety of challenging works, including working on a variety of large buildings design projects often involving high profile and complex buildings projects. There will be demolition works, needling and propping, façade retentions, foundation designs, stability and alteration works, basements, geotechnical works and some permanent works.

You will work on both new and existing buildings, producing robust, code-compliant solutions that align with UK Building Regulations and industry best practice. Developing clear, compliant Fire Strategies for new builds, refurbishments, conversions, and mixed-use schemes. Producing Fire Statements for planning applications, including London Plan requirements.
