You will achieve significant success by finding ways to stand out against existing players in the field.

You will use your knowledge of the industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation.

You will be instrumental in delivering innovative, sustainable, and shopper-centric design and activation solutions.

You will be tasked with shaping the ‘Future of POS’ by seamlessly connecting local market insights with central strategy, and directly managing and influencing two Regional POS Design & Innovation Leads.

You must have experience in the POS or POP or Retail Design sectorProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and familiarity with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino). Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle from initial brief and concept development through to manufacturing, supplier liaison, quality control and on-site installation support.
