You will be responsible for supervising and conducting housing management and leasehold cases and leading and mentoring a team of junior lawyers to support all functions of the Legal Services Team. This is an opportunity to join a high performing in-house Legal Services Team at the beginning of a journey of expansion and to help shape the future of the Legal Services provision at MTVH.

You will play a key role in delivering fluvial and pluvial modelling and Flood Risk Assessments for developments across a range of sectors.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting clients in understanding flood risk constraints and opportunities, evaluating mitigation strategies, and producing clear, robust technical outputs.

You will work in a mixed team of business, technology, and process experts to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve core business processes.

You will be responsible for organising and guiding teams and removing blockers to keep the programme on track.

You will work 1:1 with a non-verbal pupil in Year 2. The child is active and may attempt to run off, so this role is ideal for someone who is physically active, alert and confident managing movement around the classroom and school. No intimate or personal care is required.
