You should be educated to National 5 level and have relevant experience working in a dynamic office environment, with proficiency in various IT systems including Microsoft Office.

You should have good communication and numerical skills, experience in catering and cash handling, and a flexible approach to working hours. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations, HACCP/COSHH and a Personal Licence (Alcohol) is desirable, and holding an Elementary Food Hygiene certificate is required.
