You will have a background in creative arts and a developing profile as a practitioner, researcher and/or industry professional, together with experience of teaching at postgraduate level.

You will have academic experience of leading modules, units or year groups, ideally at PGT level.

You will provide strategic guidance to programme teams, shape recruitment strategies for new programmes, and, where appropriate, take an active role in bespoke recruitment activity.

You will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and experience contributing to recruitment strategy and managing budgets.
