You will report to the Operations Manager. Main responsibilities will include: - You'll review Service Requests and related paperwork for accurate descriptions, reviewing estimated hours/costs to ensure they are achievable, review correct asset details, consulting with Operations Manager or Field Supervisor.

You will coordinate consultant diaries, manage patient pathways, and act as a trusted point of contact for patients, hospitals, insurers, and other healthcare providers. By driving continuous improvement, supporting digital adoption, and fostering strong professional relationships, you will help ensure that our practices deliver exceptional, patient-centred care.

You will also help shape CAD/Revit templates, libraries and workflows to assist in continual improvement within the business. What you'll need to succeed - Strong practical experience using Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD - Previous experience delivering or coordinating M&E building services drawings

You will be responsible for establishing all private and adoptable infrastructure required to support a new residential development.

You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure designs are clearly understood, cost-effective, and accurately implemented on site.

You will be coordinating new installation projects, moves and changes for existing and new customers.

You will be working with the Sales, Engineering and Accounts team to ensure efficient delivery of the Sales Order Process.
