Key Responsibilities: - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building fabric systems inclduing aspects such as emergency light testing & fire alarm testing.

You will be working closely with instructors to support learners in developing their work skills which will enhance their chances of employability.

You will provide support and guidance to learners so they record their skills and work experiences along with motivating and keeping the learners engaged.

You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.

You will take over a “Good in all areas” rated, 4-bedded EBD home in Redditch, registered since 2021 and historically achieving excellent outcomes for children.
