You will manage a caseload of care leavers, providing statutory support in line with legislation and guidance. This includes coordinating and completing Pathway Plans, advocating for young people, and ensuring they are supported with accommodation, education, employment, health, and emotional wellbeing.

You will also undertake some direct support with the individuals when not required to drive. Blue Cedars is a day centre supporting adults with a wide variety of learning disabilities, multiple physical disabilities, autism, and mild mental health needs within the Birmingham area.

You will also be holding client meetings, attending site visits, undertaking technical research and issuing and receiving drawings.
