You will be certified / licensed as an Early Years Educator / Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and will have working experience in this field for at least 1 year (preferred). We are looking for our new team members to have: - Sound understanding of the EYFS and an ability to fully implement all its requirements.

You will be required to work a 24/7 shift pattern to meet the needs of the service. Supervision of more junior staff and trainees is expected to be part of your role as you share your skills and knowledge with those around you. We will support you to develop the skills required to thrive in this role and provide training with developmental support to pursue a fulfilling career.
