You will lead on operational management, service improvement, staff development and strategic planning, working closely with the GP Partners and wider team. Key Responsibilities Operational management Lead day to day running of practice Ensuring safety and patient focused service

You will lead an expanding function of Senior Managers, Theme Leads, L&D Managers, facilities and support staff all needed to run a residential college.

You will define and implement strategies which deliver effective workforce development across the organisation, supporting staff through the complexities of the modern prison estate.

You will be responsible for portfolio-level reporting and analytics, business case development, ROI analysis, financial alignment, benefit identification and tracking, and ensuring all activity is well organised, tracked, and connected to our strategic outcomes.

You will ensure that the LIFE Technology Portfolio is managed with discipline, transparency, and a relentless focus on delivering value.

You will be caring, reliable and respectful, with a genuine interest in supporting others.

You will be comfortable using basic IT systems, willing to register with the SSSC, and able to join the PVG Scheme.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.

You will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day management of colleagues working within your team, therefore experience of leading and managing a team is required.

You will require strong leadership and facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership for the quality of care and support they deliver.

You will be the strategic contact for Graphite's top-tier healthcare and pharmaceutical customers, leading senior client conversations and providing expert guidance on digital strategy from an organisational/account-based perspective - for global and local markets.

You will be expected to generate around 40% of your time as billable revenue for the department.

You will work 21 hours per week. This post is temporary until August 2026 to cover maternity leave. Applicants for this post, who progress to the next stage of the recruitment process, will be invited to participate in a classroom observation and attend a formal interview.
