You will lead the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards.

You will work closely with the Residential Director and Deputy Manager to embed therapeutic practice and develop staff.

You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day. Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs.
