You will be expected to teach and assess our apprenticeships, creating dynamic, industry-focused content that equips learners with the skills they need to thrive in the real world.

You will lead the electrical installation and construction curriculum area, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and you will play a key role in advancing vocational education.

You will help to manage the Construction & Energy department at the college ensuring that all learners are fully supported to achieve their potential and progress onto further study or employment. The role includes line management responsibilities, with the successful candidate joining the College Management Team who work to meet the operational and strategic objectives of the college.

You will have operated at a senior level, but still working closely and visual with your team.

You will likely have: A strong background working in a regulated Bioanalytical laboratory. Recognised credibility on both an internal level, client level and industry level. Strong technical leadership experience within LCMSMS.

You will also benefit from having: Knowledge of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 would be an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidate. Previous experience in commercially orientated and / or regulated environment. Previous experience gained within the broader utilities, or a customer focused environment.
