You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support team to provide tailored support that meets individual pupil needs. The role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

You will work with children in Nursery or Reception who require additional support to access learning and school routines. Pupils may have a range of needs, including autism spectrum condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, global developmental delay, sensory needs, or social and emotional challenges.

You will be supporting a Year 1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to access the curriculum and develop key communication and social skills. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.

You will be based in the school nursery - this is NOT a SEN role.
